Contract award signing on oversight service provider (osp) package 7 (east kalimantan)  & 10 (south east kalimantan) for national slum upgrading program (nsup) ministry of public work & housing (mpwh) Indonesia with PT Trans Intra Asia (TIA)

Contract award for OVERSIGHT SERVICE PROVIDER (OSP) PACKAGE 7 (East Kalimantan) and 10 (South East Sulawesi) for National Slum Upgrading Program (NSUP) Area II has been awarded to PT Trans Intra Asia (TIA) and its associates which announced dated on 10 October 2018. This procurement of contract financed by World Bank and it procurement had been conducted based on World Bank Guidelines under Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers.

The contract signing ceremonial was held on Monday, 29 October 2018 hosted at Ministry Of Public Work and Housing (MPWH) Indonesia at NSUP Area II secretarial office at Jl. Cipaku V No. 1 Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan 12170. All together with associates, Mr. Noor Arief Muzadi represented TIA on the contract signing that was held on 1.00 pm Western Indonesia Time. Contracts were signed for both OSP Package 7 and OSP Package 10.  TIA and its associate has won the project with contract value IDR 21.0 Million for OSP 7 and IDR 18.3 Million for OSP 10.

OSP were established to support Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Unit (PIU) on KOTAKU (Kota Tanpa Kumuh) project for 36 months. OSP mainly support those units to ensure all activities meet KPI at districts, sub-districts and villages level by implementing and controlling budget, financial management and logistics aspects on agreed activities and program within sectors and cross-sectoral in community based development and communication and its infrastructure activities. Ensure monitoring and evaluation will be conducted including sampling, analysis, and reporting, intensively improve coordination and communication with Working Committee, PMU and PIU all activities related to personnel and its administration and other additional related task if required by working committee.

Mobilization will be taken into account on 1 November 2018, where national consultants and supporting personnel are required to mobilized on site. Berau, Balikpapan, Bontang, Samarinda, Kutai Kartanegara, and Paser are districts/cities under OSP 7 for East Kalimantan area. Meanwhile, Kolaka, Bau-bau, Kendari and Muna are districts/cities under OSP 10 for South East Sulawesi area.
